Must be 18 or older to participate. Must bring a mat. Wear comfy clothing! This event tends to run warm in temperature. This session is not recommended for anyone with allergies to cats or cat dander. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time. The class will start at 5:45 p.m. sharp. Registration must be completed for each participant.
