Must be 18 or older to participate. Must bring a mat. Wear comfy clothing! This session is not recommended for anyone with allergies to cats or cat dander. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time. The class will start at 5:45 p.m. sharp. Registration must be completed for each participant.
